today's workout =)

Rotary Calf – I found out today that it's supposed to be with straight knee, not bent. 2x15@100
Leg Extension – 2x15@35
Seated Leg Curl – 2x15@40
Seated Leg Press – 3x10@100
Torso Rotation – 1ex10@60 – got suggestion from trainer for a free-weight version of exercise, alternated 10ex1@15
Hip Abduction – 3x20@30 – I think it's time to move up to 35 again.
Hip Adduction – 3x15@40 – maybe time to try 45?
Arm Curl (Biceps) – 2x15@20
Arm (Triceps) Extension – 3x15@30
Triceps Push Down (on free-weights) – 1x15@35
Triceps Press – 2x15@45
Triceps Lift – did free weights, 1ex10@15
Lat pull-down – 1ex15@50, 1ehx5@5, 1ex15@50
Overhead Press – 2ex10@20
Assisted Chin-up and Pull-up - skipped

By 12:30, I'm heading down to MA to give chair massages =)
