Spent from 10:15-noon @ gym.

10:15-11:15 was spent in a yoga class. I realized I really need to do that more, so I feel less pathetic.

but focus on bringing arm down on exhale, more strength building that way.


Lat Pulldown – Knee 2

Overhead Press – Seat 2

Next year I will not fear this exercise. I will improve.

Triceps Push↓ on multi-weight machine
1x10@40 w/ straight bar – was a bit much


Assisted dip/pull-up
